Refund Policy

At Loura, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Discovery sets

  • Digital gift cards

  • Used fragrance oils

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Custom or personalized orders

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lourahome.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider

  • If the product is damaged or used, we may offer a partial refund or reject the return

 

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Loura is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

 

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to replace or resolve the issue at no cost to you.
